• Worlds Ranking 2024 beta is now live.

• Ranking will be updated every week.

• The ranking includes all major leagues and calculates an "elo" score based on their performances in their respective leagues and on their international performances.

• Some noise remains in the ranking, such as disbanded teams, renamed teams, and teams from other regions that have participated in Worlds.

• Here a picture that explain in a simple way how the team score are calculated.

  

• Keep in mind that I will add some change to the algorithm to improve scores and add more parameters in the future based on your feedback. That’s why this feature will keep the beta label

• I am starting this dev blog with the aim of sharing updates and information about lolesport-portal.

• THE NEXT BIG UPDATE (🚧): I am building a global ranking system that includes all teams from major leagues, inspired by the FIFA ranking system. More information to come.

• Playoff brackets - The playoff brackets for all leagues are not yet ready, as they require time to be constructed. Additionally, the mobile version is not operational at all, and addressing this issue will be my next focus.
